Experience a Day Retreat on Kauai
Unique, custom one-day retreats are available on the island of Kaua’i in Hawai’i.
Full-day or half-day options. Day retreats provide a safe context for deeper healing, transformation, wellness, guidance, clarity, and inner peace. The process occurs in the sanctuary of this sacred island, connecting to many of the natural elements which are strong here in vibration and frequency.
In order to move forward within ourselves, we must be willing to face that which has presented itself in life. Then the opportunity for our own light to fully move through us freely and guide the path forward can occur. It’s a tremendous opportunity when the pain becomes unbearable enough to resolve it. - Restorative Movement – 1 Hour
- Guided Healing Meditation – 30 Minutes
- Organic Fresh Juice with Superfoods & Herbal Tea
- Nature Excursion: Ocean, Waterfall, Hike or Sacred Location – 2 Hours

Half Day Retreat Includes:
- Restorative Yoga
- Tao Healing Session or Transformation Coaching Session, 1 Hour
- Life Guidance Reading Session, 1 Hour
- Nature Excursion: Ocean, Waterfall, Hike or Sacred Location – 1 Hour
- Organic Lunch
